Julio,  The link you provided appears to be more of a tool used during Test & Balancing. It can provide airflow at a moment in time, but does not appear to be able to provide the airflow rate throughout the occupied periods of the space. It alse does not note the accuracy of the reading. It does not appear that it can send an alarm signal when the airflow varies by more than 15% from design setpoint.  Unfortunately I cannot include a link to a compliant outdoor airflow monitoring station, since I cannot endorse any products on this forum.
