Hi James, it hasn't been my scope of work yet but it seems pretty straightforward what is needed, according to reference guide and online form:
-List of all advanced meters to be installed, including type, energy source metered and
-Manufacturers cutsheets including:
  • Recording interval
  • Ability to record both consumption and demand (for electrical meters)
  • Data transmission capability
  • Data collections system description and storage capability
  • Remote data retrieval capability
