Sustainable furniture cost > 100% total furniture costHealthcare-v2009 MRc5: Furniture and medical furnishingsposted by Catherine Adams on Feb 26, 2015, 11:21 amanything over 95% gets extra scrutiny and is met with skepticism. I find it really helps to well narrate that the achievement does reach that level. This is just an observation over a lot of credits and a lot of years of LEED documentation. Epoxy Flooring with ZERO VOCNC-2009 IEQc4.3: Low-emitting materials - flooring systemsposted by Susan Morris on Mar 9, 2015, 1:27 pmJon Clifford LEED-AP BD+C GREENSQUARE LEEDuser Expert 326 thumbs up March 9, 2015- 11:35 pm Epoxy coatings are not inert. In fact, most epoxies require mixing two components, each of which actually may be high in VOCs. The two part react with one another, they catalyze into a polymer, and most or all of the VOCs are consumed. Often, the resulting coating is much lower in VOC than either component, or even zero. Epoxy product data usually lists three VOC level, one for Part A, another for Part B, and one for “A+B”. The last one is usually the lowest and the one on which SCAQMD bases its VOC limit. Log... Yes there is a problem with this. (I'm indebted to BuildingWise team for the research). Cell H16 cannot be changed from “cost of products” to “number of products.” This cell appears to be protected and read only. To resolve this will take action from GBCI, or can you create a separate excel spreadsheet using 'number of products' and upload that in the ACP section (yes, I know a long winded way...try GBCI on line team for a result).
