BIO

Saud Abdul Rasheed is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 6 years of experience in Building Services, HVAC, Energy and LEED. He is a CEM, a PMP, a LEED AP BD+C, a LEED AP O+M and also an Estidama PQP. He has worked at Saudi Binladin Group SBG as a LEED Coordinator on CMA Tower which is a LEED Gold envisioned project in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh and on King Saud bin Abdul Aziz University of Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) project. A number of Buildings are targeting LEED certifications in this project.

Also worked in Saudi Arabia as the Exclusive Representative and Technical Consultant for Delabie SCS; a leading valves and manufacturing company based in France.

Saud is currenty working as a Sustainability/LEED Engineer at Al Yamama Company in Al Khobar and is in-charge of the overall LEED process for Dar Al-Yaum Tower Project which is registered under LEED Core and Shell v2009 and targeting Silver certificate.

Saud aims to excel more and more in LEED and wants to apply, implement and practice Sustainability and Green Building design and construction strategies not only in a specific region but on a global international scale.
