Strategy for Project surrounded by Active Non-LEED Construction & Dirt Roads

The CGP 2020 specify the next in the section 2.3.1. Prohibited Discharges " 2.3.1.3 Fuel, oils or other pollutans used in vehicle and equipment operation and maintenance.

We met a confused case. As it is a major renovation for data center, there is no need for controlling soil erosion, waterway sedimentation for construction.

The EPA has issued the 2017 Construction General Permit (see web page https://www.epa.gov/npdes/stormwater-discharges-construction-activities-2017-cgp) that became effective on February 16, 2017.
