Hi everyone!
We are starting a new project that will certify as NC Major Renovation v4. It a zero lot line project that will mainly renovate its interiors and facade. We have some doubts on how the ESC plan should be,basicaly since there is no soil movement and the whole building extends until its limits. If anyone can give us some example plan or some tips to face this kind of minimal ESC plan, we will be very thankful.
Thank you for you time!

An ESC plan is still required for zero lot line projects. There is helpful information including example strategies for zero lot line projects in the LEED v3 forum at the link below. All requirements for this credit are the same except that LEED v4 requires the ESC plan comply with the 2012 EPA CGP rather than the 2003 version required by v3. https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/credit/NC-2009/SSp1#bev-tab
