Hi Charalampos,
I spent some time digging around for a summary table of the 2012 changes to the EPA CGP, and the EPA has not published a summary of changes. The one resource I found that may be helpful is a summary of changes from the 2008 CGP to the 2012 CGP. Hi Sydney, check out the FAQ for this credit. We haven't been able to find a table summarizing the 2003 to 2012 changes. But this website (https://www.omm.com/resources/alerts-and-publications/publications/epas-new-construction-general-permit-takes-effect/) provides a summary of major changes. Hope that helps!
