What qualifies as a carshare program?

Do we have any idea of what qualifies as "car share" program under option 3? We are helping design a buildnig on a golf course and there are vehicles for employees to use around the facility.

No New parking added at park shelter

Our project is a park shelter with 150 occupants at peak occupancy over the weekend. Local ordinances do not have a minimum parking requirement.

In the addenda published on 7/25/2019, Transportation Planning Handbook is replaced with Parking Generation Manual, 5th edition, only in Further Explanation, Bullet 1 and Referenced Standards.

When I am looking at the credit language, the first two requirement statements not connected by "OR" or "AND".  The third statement says "Alternatively".  Has anyone submitted successfull

Does anyone have a copy of the Parking Generation Manual, 5th edition that they can share? It is really expensive and I just need a couple exerts for LEED calculations.

Fire and Police Station Building Type Use

I saw on LEEDuser v4 NC LTc7 that Fire Stations could be "General Light Industrial" (1.85/1000 sf), but is it far fetched to consider "Other Public Assembly" (0.25*permitted capacity) if the commun

Hello. I would like to ask what kind of documentation usually reflects a project's implementation of daily parking fee? is this similar to a Lease Agreement? Or House rules?

"Provide at least one vehicle parking space for every 100 occupants, rounded up. If the project has fewer than 100 occupants, provide one carshare vehicle parking space."
