Hello. I would like to ask what kind of documentation usually reflects a project's implementation of daily parking fee? is this similar to a Lease Agreement? Or House rules? What if the residential units have no potential buyers yet?
If the above cannot be provided, will a documentation of the computation of daily cost and a letter from the owner be sufficient to earn a point for this credit? The letter will be addressed to the USGBC stating their commitment to sell the parking slots separately from the residential units.

What I've provided on past projects is a copy of a lease. It has separate sections for leasing the apartment and leasing the parking space and shows separate monthly fees for each. Doesn't have to be signed.
I have also had no issue comparing the monthly parking space fee to the cost of a monthly transit pass rather than calculating the daily cost.
This does mean waiting til the construction submission, unless the developer has a standard companywide lease they can provide. Similar to the smoking prereq. If you want to submit this in design, you could try a letter from the owner. I haven't done this myself but can't think of any reason it wouldn't be accepted.
