Hi! We are working on a New Construction project, the HQ for a company in a small city. At present, there are no carsharing programs in the city. Since the whole building shall be occupied by the owner, they are considering providing vehicles that employees can use as if they were an external carshare (one per every 100 occupants).
Would this comply with credit intent? Do the vehicles need to be electric?
