Hi!

 

Are on-street car parking spots belonging to the project owner counted towards the final car parking capacity in LEED Version V4.1?

Hi Maria, per the Reference Guide, on-street parking in public rights-of-way is excluded from these calculations. Hope this helps!

Suppose you are on a university campus and there is no specific parking for your building, so you have to use the "pooled parking" path. Most campuses have some parking on the roadways running through them. Is this exempt too?

Hi, may I know if you opted for Unbundling? And may I know what kind of document should be provided to show that the parkings are sold separately from units? Thanks
