New options were introduced in v4.1 for LT Reduced Parking Footprint. Parking provided for our project slightly exceeds the bylaw requirement with 9 stalls required, and 10 provided including 1 for EV, and 1 for preferred parking. The parking provided requires a payment that exceeds the cost of public transport. We would like to pursue Option 4 Unbundled Parking. Is our project eligible if the parking provided exceeds the zoning requirement?
