NC-v4.1 LTc7:Reduced Parking Footprint

New v4.1 appendix 4 Table 1, Base Ratios for Parking missing?

Hello Everyone

I cannot for the life of me find appendix 4 Table 1 Base Ratios for Reduced Parking that is referenced in the most recent version of the v4.1 Reference Guide. The current guide only has appendices 1 through 3 and not 4. Has anyone seen or located this mysterious Appendix 4? I'm hesitant to use the v4 ratios if there is supposed to be updated v4.1 ratios available.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

My understanding is that references Table 1. Base Ratios for parking spaces, by building type as published in the LEED v4 reference guide further explanation section of Reduced Parking Footprint. But I'll be following this thread to see if everyone else agrees.

Hello, in my recently downloaded v4.1 PDF´s from November 2020 there is the Appendix 4 with the Base Ratios on the last few pages. I didn´t check if its the same as the v4 though.

Hi, sure: they are from https://www.usgbc.org/leed/v41, if you scroll down to resources in the segment LEED v4.1 Building Design +Construction you can download several documents. I revered to the LEED v4.1 BD+C rating system ( https://build.usgbc.org/bdc41 )

I have downloaded the April 2021 version of the v4.1 Guide from USGBC and it does not have Appendix 4 (or Appendices 2 and 3, for that matter). Does anyone know where these are posted? My Google search led me to this forum.

https://www.usgbc.org/leed/v41#bdc click on this link. you'll need to then scroll down and click on "LEED v4.1 BD+C rating system tracked changes" This has the v4.1 reference guide with the Appendices you are looking for.
