Can balconies overhead act as a projection factor when modeling buildings?

Hello all,

Under v3, only systems furniture and desk/occasional seating were included.  Under v4/4.1, is ALL (non-permantly installed) furniture now included?  What counts as a piece of furniture?

It appears that v4.1 got rid of Exemplary Performance for this credit.  Is that correct?

Do any of you have experience with Design For Freedom yet? It came to my attention and I'm trying to investigate.

There was a discrepancy for the total number of occupants in IEQp1 in the intial design submission which was corrected for the design final submission.

Are ACT suspension systems considered inherently non-emitting?

What corrective actions could be implemented in case of noticing birds collisions in spite of low BCTR value? 

Our project is intending on containing 2x multifunctional printers within a glass partitioned area (large floor plate so there will be a couple of these on each floor).

Do all vacuum cleaners certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval (CRI) can fulfill the LEED requirement?
