Who does one contact for technical support with LEED Online? I am able to access my project on LEED Online, though cannot open any of the Form (v01) Tabs associated with our various attempted credits. When I click on the Form tab, this message pops up: "To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html." This message is a surprise considering I am on a very new computer. To be sure, I went to the above mentioned website and downloaded the "latest" version of Adobe again, but to no avail. The same message is blocking access to any of the Credit forms. Is this a typical problem? I would appreciate a contact for LEED Online technical support. Can someone provide that please?

It could be a web browser issue. I have the most luck accessing LEEDonline with Internet Explorer.

There are a couple threads in the "navigating LEED Online" forum that should help. For LEED Online assistance I've had the most luck using the "feedback" button in the bottom corner, that goes straight to technical support versus going through GBCI customer service.

Thank you, Emily. I submitted my question through the "feedback" button as suggested, and now have a pending "LEED Online ticket" awaiting technical support feedback. I have ruled out the problem being a web browser issue since I have tried opening the troublesome Form (V01) with Microsoft Edge, Explorer, and Firefox, and also from two different computers. The same error message appears every time.

The form viewing only seems to work with Internet Explorer. Not Safari or many of the other browsers you mentioned. Perhaps some others do, I do not know. I cannot suggest why you might be having trouble accessing them with Internet Explorer.

Thank you Ralph. I am now able to access the Forms using MS Internet Explorer. You are absolutely correct, Form viewing and entry therein ONLY works in Internet Explorer! While I am up and running now, this may present a problem for LEED Online in the coming year. Our IT Tech tells us that MS Internet Explorer is scheduled to go away in March 2020. MS Edge should take over then, however it does not currently interface with LEED Online Forms. Again, thank you for solving my connection issue!

I have had the same issues and have tried colleagues computers as well, but still no luck. I only started having this problem after the site was down for 2 weeks.

Same issue. Only solution was using Internet Explorer & Bluebeam as default pdf viewer. Undesirable because I use Adobe for everything else. Does anyone have the current Adobe fix for IE?

Hi All. I have had several conversations with technical support for LEED Online and wanted to provide the latest update I have received. A new integrated platform for LEED Online will be released (already is released with LEED v4.1) that does not take issue with any web browser. It is compatible with all web browsers. There is a plan currently in place to transition LEED v4 projects to this new platform, but the timeline of this transition has not yet been released. LEED v2009 projects, due to their age, sunset, and amount of work involved, will not be transitioned to the new platform. I personally have been utilizing offline forms for well over a year, so I am very excited about the integrated platform. I highly recommend that for any new projects you are planning to register that you do so under the LEED v4.1 rating system. LEED v4.1 is not too far of a stretch from LEED v4 and offers a much better user experience for LEED Online.

We are having issues with an existing project (V4) due to the fact that internet explorer is no longer available. Is there a fix for this issue that we can explore? Any help would be appreciated.
