Is the LEED AP exam based on the Beta version published on January 2019?

There are some differences from the technical manual. E.g. for MR: the EPD section, there is no more requirement on the Raw Materials section to have a CSR report complying to ISO24000 and GRE etc.
and the ESC is based on CGP 2017 etc.
