Does Paint or sealant certified by eco label (based on ISO 14024) can contribute weight into this credit?

Our LEED-Schools 2009 project is close to Preliminary Design Submittal. One issue which is still under consideration is the renewable energy system.

Core & Shell Appendix 2 requires that the baseline core and shell HVAC system be modeled per ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Table G3.1.1A.
