What means with "regularly used exterior entrances"?

Does regularly used exterior entrances means that you can ignore all other entrances except the main entrance to the building? If not, what kind of entrances should meet the credit?

Wash Fountains not meeting .5 gpm baseline.

Unless USGBC has a different interpretation with regards to wash fountains , we may not be able to get points on water conservation because the wash fountains (Bldg 3) uses 3 gpm.

I have restrooms in the building I am certifying, an also restrooms with showers in a 40sqm building inside my project boundary.
