We are working on the CS Project and would like to use CS Appendix 1 to estimate FTE and transients. However, we are unclear if the transients calculated based on the gross square footage and default occupancy numbers in Table 1 are daily total or full-time equivalents.
For example, we have calculated that the default transients for restaurant space are 105 (10,000 sf/95 =105).
Should we enter this number (105) in the WE Prerequisite 1 calculator? Or, should we multiply this number by 4, based on the assumption that each transient will spend approximately 2 hours in the restaurant?
