Walk off mats

CI-2009 IEQc5:Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control

Our project is located on the 7th floor of a building. Will the building require a walk-off mat at its entrance and garage entrances to the building?

For fundamental Cx, LEED requires that the following systems be commissioned: HVAC and associated controls, Domestic Water Heating, Lighting Controls and any Renewable Energy Systems.

The CI - Reference Guide says under chapter II. that LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors also addresses retail.
