Yes, LEED documentation should be in English.
I would not go through the effort of translating product data sheets. In most cases would the relevant data be in Arabic numerals that anyone...

In my experience it runs the gamut... some project teams aren't aware of them, but then they hit some budget shortfall and are looking for extra money to meet LEED goals, and they find out about...
