My area of expertise is sustainable consulting and energy efficiency consulting. I consult projects in the US and Europe.
I currently work on national and international LEED CI, CS, NC, EBOM certifications. My largest project so far is the Squaire, a 1.7 Mio sf mixed use building achieving LEED CS V 3.0 Gold certification, located in Germany and "The Circle" a 1.8 Mio sf mixed use building at Zurich Airport
My specialty is international LEED projects for which I provided consulting to help LEED teams achieve their goal and review their LEED strategy and documentation

I'm also a board member the Cleveland 2030 District. In my spare time in teach classes for sustainability for interior designers as well as real estate professionals
