I’m currently reviewing a HPD v2.1 for LEED v4 Building Product Disclosure and Optimization – Material Ingredient Option 1.

According to LEED 2009, there were alternate distance calculations available that applied to products shipped by rail or ship.

It appears under LEEDv4.1 O+M, this credit was removed.

We have a site that is 19.1 acres, which equates to a cost of $332,798.40 at $0.40 / sf - a substantial cost for 1 point.

I haven't found any major issue for this credit using this PC.

We are attempting to certify a small tenant fit out (7,000sf) in a recently awarded LEED v4 EBOM Gold building with Landmark status.
