NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Fan power in Baseline

I wanted to understand what is the ballpark for the fan energy consumption for the ASHRAE 90.1 Baseline model for LEED v4. 

Is this number about 10% of the total energy consumption for the building, the system is a PSZ HP system for a 3 floored building with a total floor area of 1388.89 SF.

It depends if you're modelling a ballpark or an office or whatever. They can be vastly different. Check out EPAs reference buildings.
