I'm just adding a comment here to participate in the forum per the pilot requirements.  Our project pursued this option as a great way for one of the last 2009 projects to be built on a campus to experience part of v4 without jumping all in and we were able to earn even more points for trying.  I defer all comments and questions on the credits themselves to the actual forums for the v4 credits.  Go there for guidance on implementing this pilot.
