I was looking to see if there is a threshold that states the amount of lead in paint that is considered lead-free (something along the lines of what is stated for pipes or flux).

Has anyone used the updated v4.1 version of this and has a good way to phrase the signage? Seems even more awkward than the previous needs.

If a residential project with a rooftop pool wants to pursue SSc5-Option 1, but how does the pool full of water impact the calculations? Is the pool sq.ft.

We are working on a project that is already getting an exemplary credit for quality views. Is it possible to get this exemplary credit in addition to the pilot credit?

I wish to confirm whether or not Ultra Low Temperature Laboratory Freezers are required to meet this credit.  It appears they may be required to meet this but that is not clear.

We have a renovation project in downtown Pittsburgh and trying to complete documents to achieve LEED v4.1 ID+C rating system.

The credit states to "use water resistant flooring; do not use carpet." Is there a specific list of what LEED considers to be water resistant flooring?
