Hi,

For the prerequisite requirement to add R-19 insulation to floor / slab under energystar, is it required on every floor?
Knowing that all floors are airconditioned,

If all products in one category comply with the VOC emissions evaluation do we need to list the cost or surface area?

We are having a tough time getting the costs from our subs. The subs says that the cost is bundled with other material and they can't break it up.

Hi LEED experts, in LEED v4.1, NC projects with more than 50% unregulated energy cost can apply CS point thresholds to count points. I would like to ask if LEED v4 also applies

The product that our sub uses is "Diatrex Transparent Knife Grade" & Axson Cream Hardener"  for stone countertop seams and it does not meet the limits.
