The Integrative Process credit for v4.1 BD+C: New Construction refers to an "Integrative Process Facilitator" who has responsibility for running the early charrette and tracking the results, ultimately compiling the letter. Who is this - someone on the design team? A third party individual?

Hi Edward, USGBC isn't specific about this but, in my experience, the facilitator can be either a member of the design team or someone engaged specifically to facilitate this process. You might also want to repost this question to the LEEDuser forum for that specific credit and see what the people there have to say. Good luck!

It is my opinion that an experienced LEED AP with several projects pusuing the IP credit would be the best fit for the "Integrative Process Facilitator" role.
