For a LEEDv4 CI project, does food service equipment such as ice cube machines, ice machines, and chiller freezers need to be documented?

After some research it seems there are currently no commercial ice-makers in the US that use refrigerants that have a GWP lower than 50. How can this credit be met if the office uses an ice-machine? Has anyone met this credit with an ice-maker?

The refrigerant calc is an aggregate calc of all refrigerant containing equipment serving the space. Some 'good' can offset some 'bad'.
