v4.1 credit language no longer mentions subtracting out fleet vehicle parking, as in v4.

I am working on a 40,000sf building with 7 existing parking spaces. The owner does not wish to add more.

We have a project, a large addition/reconfiguration on an institutional campus, that is being built above, tying into.

"Provide at least one vehicle parking space for every 100 occupants, rounded up. If the project has fewer than 100 occupants, provide one carshare vehicle parking space."

I am working on a project which has a high variation in parking needs depending on the season.
