LEED EBOM Case 2, Option 1

The project we are working on is a 170,000 SF plus vitamin manufacturing facility with over 10% laboratory space. It does not qualify for an ENERGY STAR rating given too much "other" space....

Looks like Pilot Credit 4 is limited to Hospitals and has a very narrow scope.

How about providing an additional Pilot ACP that would test out an Alternative Compliance Path for DCV in EB...

the first phase of this project will only be multi-occupant spaces - so the first portion of thecredit can't be met.

If a credit is listed twice in the same zip code for RP credits, is it safe to assume that it counts as two additional points?

For example in Pennsylvania zip code 19103 for Commercial...
