NC-2009 SSc4.3: Alternative Transportation—Low-Emitting and Fuel-Efficient Vehicles
In oder to comply with this credit, coud I consider every vehicle that uses natural gas, even though the NG is a limited natural resource?

I'm not sure. I think it's possible, but somewhat doubtful that every single vehicle using NG is LE/FE. I would check with the organizations listed in the Resources tab above to see if they have any guidance on this. Let us know what you learn.
