Epoxy FlooringNC-2009 IEQc4.2: Low-emitting materials - paints and coatingsposted by Lauren Sparandara on Aug 23, 2010, 7:18 pmHey Mara (or others), I have a lot of projects that have been asking me about epoxy flooring and recently also received a question about epoxy flooring under EQc4.3 on LEEDuser.com. I don't believe that epoxy flooring is covered under EQc4.3. Is it included as a coating under EQc4.2? Is is a sealant under EQc4.1? Is it included under any category? If so, what is its threshold? Please remind me how epoxy flooring would be dealt with in LEEDv2009? Thanks, Lauren IEQc4.2 ... Last reply: Sylvia Schwartz, Jul 1, 2011, 11:17 am |

Standard usage ratio of 50/50 M/FNC-2009 WEc3: Water Use Reductionposted by Louise Schlatter on Nov 9, 2010, 11:11 amI work with a lot of industrial facilities which are designed for ratios that vary from the 50/50 M/F standard. Typically, these facilities are designed with toilet facilities to accommodate 70/30 or 80/20 M/F ratios. This is a result of historical trending and other data provided by the clients (not to mention common sense). We have submitted projects using these ratios and have "earned" the points. More recently, when submitting the same documentation for similar facilities, we are seeing the following comments from the GBCI reviewers: "The calculations require a balanced, one-to-one sex...
