submitted and don't expect to submit for design review for a year. We have a lot of parking spaces- call it 2,000. Based on that number, we would designate 50 for LE/FEV and 30 for electric fueling...

under the 0.5 gpm baeline restriction, it makes getting to the magic 30% reduction that much harder. Second, we get a LOT of pushback from the owners/users about 0.5 gpm slowing them down- both waiting...

for each bed I'd think they'd require them for each desk. This credit is way too unclear. The IEQ space type matrix leaves a lot of gray area. I find it very difficult to design to meet this credit...

the LEED project lot is a different case though- those spaces are serving the project and would count toward the total, and it would be tough to justify locating them closer to the entrance than the LEED...

What we normally suggest is the use of pressure independent aerators that just replace the standard aerators in the faucets. They work with a lot of faucets, should be pretty low cost and allow the architects to select faucets from a larger variety of manufacturers and designs. I am unsure if forum rules prohibit promotion of specific manufacturers. In past projects we used products from www.neoperl.com, not sure...
