Can I obtain the Access to Quality Transit in multiple buildings sharing a main controlled entrance?

NC-v4.1 LTc5: Access to quality transit

I'm working with an industrial park with multiple buildings (5) individually certified which has two bus stops located within 1/4 mile of the main entrance and enough bus trips. The park has an internal shuttle that transports people from that main entrace to their specific buildings. The question is, can we be awarded the points for all of the buildings individually by using that main controlled access for all of them, while also having an internal private shuttle for their internal transportation needs? Thanks a lot! LTc5 Brazil ...

emily reese moody Sustainability Director, Certifications & Compliance Jacobs LEEDuser Expert 475 thumbs up January 25, 2024- 1:18 pm Hi Juan, For the Heat Island Credit, there are standard values shared in the "LEEDuser's Viewpoint" landing page for concrete; these are not necessarily the same ones that should be assumed for vertical applications, though. I'm not entirely sure how those would be determined without testing. For me, that's what makes the Cool Walls option difficult- there just aren't a lot of products that have the contextual info available. Log...

Emily Purcell Sustainable Design Lead CannonDesign LEEDuser Expert 369 thumbs up January 18, 2024- 4:05 pm It sounds like the parking area serves both buildings. I don't see any issue with using the lot to add chargers for Phase 2 and earn the credit. I recommend: Draw the LEED boundary to exclude all the parking, since it is already part of a certified project and not under construction...

If the form wanted us to use the weighted sum of non-roof and roof measures, why include both total weighted and total standard in the same line???
