Has anyone in a region where long term contracts are not common, had experience (of if you have any comments) dealing with USGBC on this credit?

Is it permissible to use a reclaimed mahogany door that is not FSC on a project? It was manufactured for a different home, installed and quickly changed.

Has anyone defined this? We are looking at purchasing RECs directly from one or more schools or other non-profits that have not sold RECS.

My client requested to use Core and Shell; 80% of the buildings will be apartment units for sale with up to 20% retail space for tenant lease and fit-out.

We are working on a project with very large warehouses with massive roof-mounted air handling units and relatively low occupancy. A 60,000 sf facility may only have 8 workers for example.

Hello, Our project is a small 1300 sqft office space. The only adjustments the clients are making to the lighting is that they are adding task lighting to the newly fabricated work stations.

Option 4 has disappeared from the May 2011 Addenda

Option 4, citing the ITE study is not shown in the May 2011 Addenda. Does anyone know if this was just an omission by mistake, or is this Option no longer valid?
