If the project site does not currently use any irrigation is it eligible for this credit? Or is this credit only concerned with the amount reduced from your original consumption?

I would think by recognizing other forest certification programs for this credit USGBC could bring down the premium for certified...

I still don't quite understand how those lines are determined on the floor plan? Do i take a line at a 45 degree angle from the center point of each window? Where they intersect I'm assuming is...
