Total Site Paving Area

I am not sure about the definition of "Total Site Paving Area". I have a already developed site with a building that is to be majorly rebuilt. Could I use the old site paving area as my reference...

we are facing issues finding a laboratory with ISO/IEC 1702 accreditation to perform the indoor air quality tests.

Does someone know if some equivalences are accepted...

In LEED v2009 BD+C Sustainable Sites Credit 7.1 there is a table with solar reflectance index for standard paving materials, where the typical new gray concrete is 35.
