Hi, i've had a very good question from a client. Why does LEED require a no-smoking policy in countries where workplace smoking is not permitted by law?

We are working on a community building with a commisarry kitchen program. Our kitchen consultant cannot find a combi oven, that is accessible that meets the LEED requirements.

I wonder what is the definition of the project/building owner if the project is property of a large private sector corporation?
