I am working on the recertification (LEED O+M: Existing) of a building, part of which is a data center and therefore uses a significant amount of energy (about one third of the entire project). Is it possible to omit the energy consumption of the data center from the data input in the ARC, since the data center is irrelevant to the office and retail spaces which are being recertified? The invoices for the building where the data center is located include all objects within the building, but the meters were manually read each month to divide the the invoice into the three parts (one of which is the data center).
Thank you, and I look forward to your response!

Hello, Christian. I'm wondering if you ever got an answer about this situation. We are working on a feasibility report of a project in similar circumstances.

Dear Christian Bösselmann,
Thanks for raising this questions since we also facing this scenario that data Centre consumes the high energy consumption but it has dedicated building & meters and Please advise it would be cover under the LEED project Boundary of the Building.
