Submetering of each ECM

Can the submeters for optionD are only provided to cover all ECMs. For instance, if we aim to measure the pump energy, the submetering for the pumps will be provided.

How do I know what my FTE is? I am guessing it is what I am told the occupancy will be. I am working on a LEED CI, existing building with new addition.

Voltage drop

Folks, Is there any exception for the 2% and 3% voltage drop? We are working on a subway station and we were able to achieve 3,5% to the feeders and 3% to the to the branch circuits.

For Option D, do we need submetering? and can it be analyzed using only whole building energy? if we required submetering, what level we have to monitored eg HVAC, lighting, process?

If we have some on-site renewable energy (pv and wind), does it get calculated for a net energy use, or does this credit restrict to the total gross baseline amount calculated by the energy model (
