No BAS.

As it says above, achieving this credit without a BAS is difficult. What exactly needs to be done if we don't have a BAS? Is it enough to install temperature and humidity sensors in occupied...

We received our comments back and they questioned our on-site energy use. We have a co-generation unit that takes the methane gas from the landfill to produce energy.

Our project site is a winery that directs stormwater to ponds which are later used for irrigation. The only thing is that the ponds are sometimes considerably distant from the LEED building....

I have a major building entrance in my LEED boundary as well as some exterior entrances to a courtyard- do I need the mats to the courtyard area too?
Then we have restrooms but no janitor...
