Its not super-clear to me whether we could pursue BOTH EA Credit 5 and this Pilot Credit. Would appreciate your comment on this.

Thank you, the document is very helpful. So for this credit, its a re-developed credit or an ACP (alternative compliance path) to an Existing LEED Credit.

Marcus is correct, this is considered a new credit, available for a point under the ID section. We don't currently have any official ACPs in the Pilot Credit Library, so when in doubt, it's an ID credit and doesn't conflict with pursuing a standard rating system credit.
