I can guess the answer to my question, but am hopeful to be proved wrong: our project is within the 1/4 walking distance to a bus stop with a single service.

My understanding is that the minimum acceptable Leakage Rate is 0.5%, even if the actual data demonstrate a lower leakage rate.

Two story atrium - include 2nd floor in gross area calculations?

We have a project that has a two story atrium, running across the 1st and 2nd floor. Is the 2nd floor atrium (empty) space included in the gross area calculations or not?

I would like to check if the Carrier model 30RQ0262 (COPc=2,62 according ARHI test 550/590 despite ASHRAE requires ARI 340/360) will meet that Mandatory Provisions in terms of Equipment Efficiency.

Which credit does poured resinous flooring fall into?

We are using a resinous flooring system in some restrooms. It does not seem to meet the Green Seal definintion of "Coating" since it includes aggregate and color chips.
