water leak detection pilot credit?

I see a pilot credit "water leak detection and monitoring" in the list of pilot credits, but i cant find any ther information about it. Is this pilot credit expired? Does anyone...

Does anyone know if we are required to take light meter measurements with the interior lights on or off?  I am assuming they need to be off but since the lighting has occupancy and daylighting...
