Accessible Building

Not allowing wheelchair lifts in lieu of ramps - recommend allowing existing lifts to remain in the case of an exisitng building under renovation. Re-grading a whole entryway would add a lot of scope

#2 wheelchair accessible counter - is this defined only by height or also knee clearance?

How will projects document compliance with ADA? If an exemption is approved by local code officials will it automatically be approved by LEED? Review of ADA / local accessibility code compliance is a specialized skill especially in diverse space/program types and I am concerned that a LEED consultant and reviewer do not have the skill set to judge compliance with this prereq. Especially for projects outside the US attempting to apply ADA. I like the intent but I am concerned there is a lot of room for inconsistency in reviews and conflict with what a project has to do for code. Also, the extent of documentation of accessibility compliance varies widely between projects and AHJ's, would like to avoid this prereq adding documentaiton burden that is generated just for LEED compliance

Fundamental Air Quality

What is required to document the investigation of the outdoor air quality?

Entryway systems - I hate to say it because it's SO minor, but this in a prereq will be a dealbreaker for many owners. I have had several projects reject the v2009/v4 credit immedately due to this requirement not fitting their aesthetic or space constraints.

Are dwelling units subject to the same filtration requirements listed in the "Ventilation and Filtration Design" section of this credit?

Are there any additional requirements for natural ventilation systems?

Connecting with Nature

This credit is not possible for manufacturing projects

window access: is reflectance data widely available enough to require? are there rules of thumb that can be used in place of product data?
