I am undertaking a LEED assessment on a large project in the UK. We have undergone the Design Stage Review (both preliminary and final) and have some outstanding issues to be appealed.

Can this school building apply for LEED for School?

There is a school building which has 5 floors, the project owner wants to do indoor decoration for only F1-F3 and the other two floor(F4-F5) will not be furnished.

Our firm is currently working with NC v3 LEED 2009 and we have never attempted the Systems O+M Plan before. Is there a more in depth template I am missing or is the starter kit the only resource?

Excluding demand for occupancy sensors in retail sales area

I have a retail store that the sales area is always occupied and therefore not on occupancy sensor. The sales floor is on a time clock instead. The rest of the store is on occupancy sensor.

LEED Boundary adjacent to the Ocean

Project is adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. The sand dune is protected with many native plant species and a nesting habitat for 5 different endangered turtle species.
