Excluding demand for occupancy sensors in retail sales area

I have a retail store that the sales area is always occupied and therefore not on occupancy sensor. The sales floor is on a time clock instead. The rest of the store is on occupancy sensor. Can we exclude the sales LPD from the total LPD? If that is the case then we make 100% of the credit requirement.
