smoke leakage test for duct

Our MEP sub-contractor need to clarify if we can use an smoke capsule for duct leakage test? prior to air leakage test since the project specs is giving a small allowable 1% from basis of design?

Based on ASHRAE 90.1, the chilled water pumping power must be 22 W/gpm and does not mention the effect of pumps' head.

We are working on a LEED project outside the U.S. The datasheets received for the paints and coatings state the VOC content in g/L excluding water as per ISO 11890-2:2006.

We are working on a huge project in Riyadh, to meet EAp2 we sould look for a water cooled chiller due to the area of the project and the challenge to reach a COP near to 8 to meet the 10% from base
