How many EV charging stations are required to be provided to achieve this credit?

Our project is a "Major Renovation" project for a historically significant buidling within a historic district.

I have a project that has reflecting pools on part of the roof area and do not see any precedent for this in LEED User.

I have a project that recieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v2 - LEED 2.2 in 2014. They recieved a credit for water reduction with low flow toilets. 

We have a five-acre site with multiple buildings. However, we are pursuing certification for only one of the buildings. Does the entire site have to meet the prerequisite?

My project is an office tenant fitout (1 floor in a high-rise building).

For this credit under Option 4, there is a requirement to include additional spaces if our project has more than 100 dwelling units/ employees and has a minimum transit service of 60 daily weekday

We are installing an air cooled VRF system with a DOAS in our building.

Can fertilizers contain a small percentage of Ammoniacal Nitrogen and still be considered non-ammonia based?
